gads_get_ad_group_keyword_suggestions
Google Ads tool (extended/low-level coverage). For common tasks prefer the RECOMMENDED google_ads_* actions; use these only for advanced operations those don't cover. Get keyword theme suggestions for an ad group (Smart Campaign keyword themes).
This is a read-only tool: it retrieves ad group keyword suggestions from your Google Ads account. It changes nothing.
