gads_get_ad_group_url_options
Google Ads tool (extended/low-level coverage). For common tasks prefer the RECOMMENDED google_ads_* actions; use these only for advanced operations those don't cover. Get URL options (tracking template, final URL suffix, custom params) for an ad group.
This is a read-only tool: it retrieves ad group url options from your Google Ads account. It changes nothing.
