gads_get_change_event_log
Google Ads tool (extended/low-level coverage). For common tasks prefer the RECOMMENDED google_ads_* actions; use these only for advanced operations those don't cover. Get change event log showing what was changed, by whom, and when.
This is a read-only tool: it retrieves change event log from your Google Ads account. It changes nothing.
