gads_get_change_history
Google Ads tool (extended/low-level coverage). For common tasks prefer the RECOMMENDED google_ads_* actions; use these only for advanced operations those don't cover. Get account change history showing all modifications with who made them. Automatically splits long date ranges into 30-day windows (Google Ads API limitation). Returns Hebrew client_type labels.
This is a read-only tool: it retrieves change history from your Google Ads account. It changes nothing.
