gads_get_change_status_report
Google Ads tool (extended/low-level coverage). For common tasks prefer the RECOMMENDED google_ads_* actions; use these only for advanced operations those don't cover. Get change status report showing last modification time for account resources.
This is a read-only tool: it retrieves change status report from your Google Ads account. It changes nothing.
