gads_list_conversion_actions_full
Google Ads tool (extended/low-level coverage). For common tasks prefer the RECOMMENDED google_ads_* actions; use these only for advanced operations those don't cover. List all conversion actions with full details: type, category, value, attribution model, and the AW-XXXXXXXX/LABEL send_to string ready for gtag injection. Args: include_paused: Include PAUSED actions (not just ENABLED). Default False. customer_id: Google Ads customer ID. Leave blank to use default.
This is a read-only tool: it lists conversion actions full from your Google Ads account. It changes nothing.
