gads_set_ad_group_custom_parameters
Google Ads tool (extended/low-level coverage). For common tasks prefer the RECOMMENDED google_ads_* actions; use these only for advanced operations those don't cover. Set custom URL parameters on an ad group. parameters: list of {key, value} dicts.
