gads_set_ad_group_target_cpa
Google Ads tool (extended/low-level coverage). For common tasks prefer the RECOMMENDED google_ads_* actions; use these only for advanced operations those don't cover. Set target CPA at the ad group level. Args: ad_group_id: Ad group numeric ID. target_cpa_micros: Target CPA in micros, e.g. 50000000 for $50. customer_id: Google Ads customer ID.
