gads_set_ad_group_target_roas
Google Ads tool (extended/low-level coverage). For common tasks prefer the RECOMMENDED google_ads_* actions; use these only for advanced operations those don't cover. Set target ROAS for an ad group (overrides campaign-level ROAS).
This is a write tool: it sets ad group target roas in your Google Ads account. Claude asks you to confirm before it runs.
