gads_set_campaign_targeting_expansion
Google Ads tool (extended/low-level coverage). For common tasks prefer the RECOMMENDED google_ads_* actions; use these only for advanced operations those don't cover. Set targeting expansion (optimized targeting) for a display/video campaign. opt_out_targeting_expansion=True disables optimized targeting.
