gads_update_rsa_headline
Google Ads tool (extended/low-level coverage). For common tasks prefer the RECOMMENDED google_ads_* actions; use these only for advanced operations those don't cover. Update a single headline of an RSA by 0-based index, preserving all other headlines and pins.
