Google Ads tool. Prefer the actions marked RECOMMENDED for everyday Google Ads workflows. List audience segments available for targeting in this Google Ads account. Args: customer_id: Google Ads customer ID type_filter: 'user_list' | 'in_market' | 'affinity' | 'all' (default: 'all')
