google_ads_conversion_actions
Google Ads tool. Prefer the actions marked RECOMMENDED for everyday Google Ads workflows. List all conversion actions configured in the Google Ads account. Args: customer_id: Google Ads customer ID. Leave blank to use default.
This is a read-only tool: it returns conversion actions for your Google Ads account. It changes nothing.
