Google Ads tool. Prefer the actions marked RECOMMENDED for everyday Google Ads workflows. List all conversion actions with full details including the AW-XXXXXXXX/LABEL send_to string ready for gtag injection. Args: include_paused: Include PAUSED actions (not just ENABLED). Default False. customer_id: Google Ads customer ID. Leave blank to use default.
