What AdKit does well

AdKit calls itself an ads toolbox for marketers and AI agents, and the creative side is its strength: browse ads across platforms, track competitors, generate and clone ads, keep swipe files. Its MCP server manages Meta, Google, TikTok, Reddit, LinkedIn, X and Microsoft Ads and lists many clients, from Claude and ChatGPT to Grok, Perplexity, Cursor and Gemini CLI. It covers Reddit, which MCP Ads does not.

Where it stops

AdKit focuses on the ad platforms and creative work. Analytics and site data, such as GA4, Search Console, Tag Manager and Merchant Center, are not part of its MCP server, so a question like "which campaigns drive conversions that GA4 actually records" needs a second tool. Check its documentation for the specific Google Ads actions you rely on, such as bidding strategies, Performance Max asset groups or product partitions.

What MCP Ads does instead

MCP Ads goes deep in each account: 755 Google Ads tools and more than 200 for Meta, plus GA4, Search Console, Tag Manager, Merchant Center, organic posting and competitor research through the Meta Ad Library and Google Ads Transparency Center. Several logins per platform can be connected at once, and workspace roles let a team share accounts safely.

Pricing model

AdKit publishes plans from $29/month for one project (one ad account per platform) and $49/month for unlimited projects, with a 7-day trial; some listings show other tiers, so check its pricing page. MCP Ads is $49/month flat for unlimited accounts and platforms, also with a 7-day free trial.

Who should pick which

Pick AdKit if creative research and generation is the core of your work, or if you advertise on Reddit. Pick MCP Ads if you need analytics and tracking in the same conversation as the ad accounts, or deep Google Ads management across many accounts.

Verdict

AdKit is the better choice for creative research and Reddit Ads. MCP Ads is the better choice for deep account management with GA4, Search Console and Tag Manager in the same place.

The core difference

AdKit is a rule-based or UI-based tool. You configure what it does, and it does exactly that — no more, no less. That works for predictable, repetitive automations.

MCP Ads is different: you talk to Claude, and Claude pulls live data from your accounts to answer questions, explain performance, and take actions. You are not limited to predefined rules — you can ask anything, explore any question, and act on the answer in the same conversation.

If you already know what rules you want to run, AdKit is a reasonable tool for that. If you want to understand your accounts, find what you are missing, and take faster action without switching between dashboards, MCP Ads is the better fit.
