Instinct runs on its own cloud computer and adds services when you ask. Send it the server and an API key, and it connects MCP Ads and keeps it for later.
Before you send it: in MCP Ads open the dashboard, go to Connect MCP → API keys and create a key. It is shown once, so copy it. Make one key per agent, so you can revoke it on its own.

Why a texting assistant fits ads
Most ad questions are short: did we overspend, how many leads, is the new ad working. Instinct answers those by text or on a call, from live numbers, without opening a dashboard.
What it will not do without you
Budgets, statuses and new campaigns go through the approval and workspace controls in MCP Ads. Instinct can prepare a change; it goes live when you approve it.
The honest limits
Instinct is invite-only and does not document a connector screen, so the connection is made by message with an API key. It reaches hosted servers, which MCP Ads is.
Questions
Which URL do I give Instinct?
https://mcp-ads.com/mcp-slim. It exposes one tool per platform that takes an action name, so it loads fast and the assistant discovers the rest as it needs them.
Is it safe to text an API key?
Make a key only for Instinct. It is tied to your MCP Ads account, and revoking it in the dashboard cuts access immediately. Your ad platform passwords are never shared.
Can Instinct see accounts I have not connected?
No. It sees the platforms and ad accounts you connected in MCP Ads, under the same workspace scope as the web app.
Does this cost extra?
MCP Ads has a free plan with no card required, and the $49 plan is unlimited.
