B2C Campaign Skills: Launch, Ecommerce & Lead Generation
19 skills Claude can run against your live accounts through MCP Ads. Consumer campaigns end to end: goals, budget, structure and a first Google or Meta launch, growing an online store (feeds, product campaigns, ROAS, cart abandonment), and lead generation for local and service businesses.
Campaign Setup & Launch
Campaign setup and launch skills take a business from a brief to a live, correctly configured campaign on Google Ads or Meta Ads without the mistakes that waste the first month's budget. They run when a business launches for the first time, adds a product line, opens in a new city, or when an agency onboards a client with no existing activity. The pre-launch checklist runs before every new campaign goes live, whatever platform, and catches broken tracking, wrong budgets, missing negatives, disapproved ads and targeting errors. Business owners setting up their own ads, freelancers and agency campaign managers all use these. The relevant ad account must be connected through MCP Ads, and GA4 ideally too so conversion tracking can be verified end to end before spend starts. Keyword and audience research skills in other categories feed into these, but each setup skill also gathers what it needs itself. The procedure asks for the essentials it cannot infer (offer, budget, area, goal), proposes a campaign structure with ad groups or ad sets, keywords or audiences, budgets and ad copy, and then creates everything in a paused state after you approve. The output is a build plan you can read in full before anything exists in the account, followed by a confirmation of exactly what was created and the checklist result.
Works backwards from your business goals to calculate a realistic advertising budget. Takes your revenue target, average order value or deal size, current conversion rate, and target CPA to calculate how much spend is needed to hit the goal. Also models what results to expect from a fixed budget. Gives a platform split recommendation.

eCommerce Growth
eCommerce growth skills are built around revenue and return on ad spend rather than clicks and conversions, because in a store those are the only numbers that matter. They cover Shopping and Performance Max campaign performance, product-level profitability, feed and product issues, cart abandonment, seasonal planning and the split of budget between prospecting and retargeting. Store owners, eCommerce managers and performance agencies run the weekly revenue optimiser every week, the product and category reviews monthly, and the seasonal planning skills four to six weeks before a peak such as Black Friday or a summer sale. Connect Google Ads, Meta Ads and the GA4 property with eCommerce events through MCP Ads; a connected WooCommerce store adds direct order and stock data the ad platforms cannot see. The procedure reads Shopping and Performance Max performance, product-level ROAS, GA4 item performance and checkout funnel data, and the store's own top and bottom sellers, then applies the skill's rules for where more money would earn more revenue and where it is being spent on products that never convert. The output is a table of products and campaigns with the recommended action, a set of bid and budget changes for approval, and a short commentary on the week or month written for someone who thinks in margin, not impressions.
Sets up retargeting campaigns to recover abandoned carts. The highest-ROAS campaign type in eCommerce advertising. Covers Google Display and Search retargeting, Meta dynamic product ads to cart abandoners, audience window settings, message strategy (urgency versus incentive versus objection handling), frequency caps, and budget allocation.

Lead Generation
Lead generation skills are for businesses that win customers through enquiries: trades, clinics, solicitors, agencies, consultants, home services and local businesses of every kind. They focus on cost per lead, lead quality, the landing page and form that convert visitors, and the reconciliation of leads across Google Ads, Meta Ads and GA4 so the real cost per lead by channel is known. Business owners running their own ads and the agencies that serve local businesses use these skills, typically running the lead quality review weekly, landing page analysis when cost per lead rises, and channel reconciliation monthly before the next budget decision. Connect Google Ads and Meta Ads through MCP Ads and a GA4 property with lead events marked as key events; Meta lead forms can be read directly with the Meta lead export tools so form leads are not lost from the count. The procedure reads conversions by campaign and channel, landing page conversion rates, device splits and the lead events themselves, then applies the skill's checks: are leads arriving, are they cheap enough, are they the right kind, and which campaigns produce the ones that turn into work. The output is a report with cost per lead by campaign and channel, the landing pages and devices that convert best and worst, and specific changes to make, from a form field to remove to a campaign to pause.
Sets up lead generation campaigns from scratch for a service business. Covers campaign type and objective selection, keyword strategy for service searches (high intent local searches), audience targeting on Meta for service businesses, landing page versus Meta lead form comparison, budget setting for lead gen goals, and conversion tracking for form submissions and calls.

Frequently asked questions
Will the campaign start spending as soon as Claude creates it?
No. Every setup skill creates campaigns paused. You enable them in the ad platform, or ask Claude to enable them once you have reviewed the build and the checklist has passed.
Can it set up Meta and Google campaigns for the same launch?
Yes. Run the setup skill for each platform, or ask for both and Claude sequences them, keeping the messaging and budget split consistent between the two builds.
Do the skills understand Performance Max, which hides most of its data?
They work with what Google exposes: asset group performance, listing groups and product-level reports. The skills say plainly where PMax reporting limits what can be concluded rather than inventing detail.
Can Claude see product margin?
Not from the ad platforms. If you give it margin per product or category, or connect a store where it is recorded, the skills use it to optimise for profit rather than revenue.
Can Claude tell good leads from bad ones?
It reads what the platforms and GA4 record. If you share lead quality feedback, for example a list of which leads were real, the skills use it to weigh campaigns by useful leads rather than raw count.
Does it handle Meta lead forms as well as website forms?
Yes. Meta lead form submissions are read through the lead export tools and counted alongside website leads so the channel comparison is complete.
